Refund policy

We stand behind the exceptional quality of the Marsupi, the flexibility and comfort. If you are unsatisfied with your Marsupi for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with the reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of marsupiaustralia.com.au.

We do not refund due to change of mind on colour for the Marsupi Classic in Olive, Natural, Ruby Red, Ocean Blue or Chocolate.
