We stand behind the exceptional quality of the Marsupi, the flexibility and comfort. We offer a fair refund policy so that you can feel confident in your purchase and peace of mind if you accidentally choose the wrong size.

Incorrect Size

Ordered the incorrect size? We want you to have the best fit possible. Simply contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your Marsupi and state your order number and sizing requirements. Then post back to us (and email us the tracking number) and we will send out a replacement. The returned Marsupi must be sent back in the same condition it was received.


We want you to get the best fit first time, so we always recommend checking your waist measurement before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us so we can assist you. Please provide your waist measurement, height, and (if you are comfortable doing so) a recent picture of yourself. If you can't take a waist measurement, please send us as much info as possible.

Defects

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund in the unlikely event that your carrier is faulty. The options available will depend on the type of product, how you’ve used the product, how long you’ve been using it for, and the type of fault.

From time to time we get customers contacting us thinking the waist belt logo has been stitched on the wrong side, this is due to the waist belt being put on incorrectly, please check out video here for putting the waist belt on correctly.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of marsupiaustralia.com.au.
